We have had a magnificant 3 days in Ha Long Bay, which is one of the most beautiful places we have been to. We loved being on the Junk and the smaller boats and we were able to get to beautiful deserted beaches. It was a very great pleasure to feel the peace and quiet, and the beauty all around, particularly after the noise and heat of Hanoi. All the staff on the Junk were very helful and attentive.

Duc was a superb guide for us and we thought that everything of Columbus Cruise in Hanoi was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much for everything! "

" Our friend Anh from Columbus Cruise in Hanoi arranged two wonderful trips - one to Sapa and one to Ha Long Bay.

We spent two nights on the Pinta Cruiser in Ha Long Bay and enjoyed every moment. The rooms were elegent and comfortable and the private shower very warm. Our meals were delicious and the staff on board were helpful, professional and friendly.

The highlights include the trip into the adaptly named Amazing Cave and a day long kayaking trip were taken away on a smaller boat away from the crowds - the silence and serenity was memorable. We paddled to a secluded beach to our own private lucheon feast cooked on the beach. Our guide, Tom Hank, also took us to several caves and grottoes where no boat can travel. The extra money we spent on the Pinta cruiser was worth every cent we saw much more of the bay than other visitors. The accommodation was far superior, and the food was delicious.

Our trip to Sapa ran like clockwork. Our guide, Quynh, was friendly and informative. We spent a night in the nuage of Ho and would strongly recommend staying away from Sapa to experience nuage life. Good luck to Anh in his business. We highly recommend his services! "

"We did a 3 day / 2 night trip in Ha Long Bay arranged by Columbus Cruise in Hanoi. The staff were very helpful and Hang accompanied us from start to finish. We enjoyed very much her explanation of the itinerary and was accommodating to all our questions and requirements.

The trip itself was most enjoyable and top notch. We ate like a King and Queen with lunches and dinners being 7 courses of mouth-watering, delicious food. Pinta Gold was the most luxurious boat in the bay. Halong Bay is very beautiful and we got to experience the sights in the best way possible.

The second day we went for a kayak tour around the bay for 4 to 5 hours. Tom Hank was our personal kayak guide and he took us around the National Park and caves. We certainly enjoyed the scenery , the bats, the monkeys, and seeing all the colourful jelly fish. The kayak trip was peaceful and serene. It was great being looked after so well by everyone. Thank you for your service and making our stay an enjoyable one."
