Do you provide transportation?
Yes. A shuttle service will pick you up from the hotel to Halong Bay and delivers you back after the cruise.
If I book with Columbus Cruise through a travel agent will I pay more?
Yes. Our prices are fixed and direct booking with us protects alterations. Please understand that travel agents oftentimes offer different price to include their own service charge on top of our regular price. However, for our sister company, Columbus Adventure Travel & Tour you can get a lower price of the cruise if you book for a package of its adventure activities and other services such as visa, hotels, and air tickets.
Do you have emergency facility to bring patients out of the bay?
Yes. We are equipped with fast speed tender boats in case our guest wants to be taken to the hospital. All our junks have its own fast tender boat tagging along with it during the cruise to carry emergency patients out of the bay. It is also complete with medicine kits.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Normally, yes, however it's best to ask about your specific case. Generally, we have been able to accommodate, and always ask before finalizing your booking.

What type of clothes do I need?
Halong Bay is blessed with four seasons and winter (December-February) is about 10-degree Celcius with a combination of high humidity and wind. The coldest is January, so we suggest you bring warm clothes.
